Getting Started

What is Qutex?

Qutex is a free, high-performance cryptocurrency scanning bot designed for Discord and Telegram communities. It provides real-time tracking, wallet monitoring, and comprehensive token analysis across multiple blockchain networks including Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Base.

Inviting Qutex to Your Server

To get started with Qutex, you need to invite the bot to your Discord server or Telegram group:

Discord: Click the "Invite Bot" button on our homepage and authorize Qutex for your server.

Telegram: Search for @qutexdotbot and add it to your group or start a direct conversation.

Required Permissions

For Discord, Qutex requires the following permissions:

  • Read Messages - To receive and process commands
  • Send Messages - To respond to queries
  • Embed Links - To display formatted responses with images and charts
  • Attach Files - To send chart images and visualizations
  • Read Message History - To process commands from previous messages

Your First Command

Once Qutex is in your server or group, try your first command:

/flex [wallet_address]

This command will scan the provided wallet address and display comprehensive information about the tokens and holdings.

Commands Reference

Qutex provides a comprehensive set of commands for cryptocurrency scanning and analysis. All commands are available on both Discord and Telegram.

/flex Wallet Scanner
Scan a wallet address and get detailed information about its holdings, token balances, and transaction history.
Usage:
/flex [wallet_address]

Example:

/price Price Check
Get real-time price information for any cryptocurrency token including current price, 24h change, volume, and market cap.
Usage:
/price [token_symbol]

/scan Token Scanner
Scan a token contract address to get comprehensive information including price, liquidity, holder count, and recent transactions.
Usage:
/scan [token_contract_address]

/chart Price Chart
Generate and display a price chart for any token with customizable timeframes (1h, 24h, 7d, 30d).
Usage:
/chart [token_symbol] [timeframe]

Example:
/chart ETH 24h

/info Token Info
Get detailed information about a token including contract details, metadata, social links, and key statistics.
Usage:
/info [token_symbol_or_address]

Example:
/info USDC
/alerts Price Alerts
Set up price alerts for tokens. Get notified when a token reaches your specified price target.
Usage:
/alerts add [token] [target_price]
/alerts list
/alerts remove [alert_id]

/trending Trending Tokens
View the currently trending tokens across supported chains with volume and price change data.
Usage:
/trending [chain]

/help Help Command
Display a list of all available commands and their descriptions. Use this when you need a quick reference.
Usage:

Setup & Configuration

Basic Setup

After inviting Qutex to your server or group, no additional configuration is required. The bot works immediately with default settings.

Customization

You can customize Qutex's behavior using configuration commands:

  • /config prefix - Change the command prefix (default: /)
  • /config channel - Restrict bot commands to specific channels
  • /config language - Change the bot's language (if supported)
  • /config notifications - Enable or disable certain notification types

Permissions

For optimal functionality, ensure Qutex has appropriate permissions in your server settings. Administrators can modify these permissions through Discord's server settings.

Privacy Settings

Qutex respects your privacy. You can configure:

  • Which channels the bot can operate in
  • Whether to log command usage
  • Data retention preferences

Troubleshooting

Bot Not Responding

If Qutex is not responding to commands:

  • Verify the bot is online and has proper permissions
  • Check that you're using the correct command syntax
  • Ensure the bot has permission to send messages in the channel
  • Try using the /help command to verify the bot is working

Commands Not Working

If specific commands aren't working:

  • Check the command syntax and spelling
  • Verify the bot has necessary permissions (especially Embed Links and Attach Files)
  • Ensure wallet addresses or token symbols are valid
  • Try again after a few seconds - rate limits may apply

Incorrect Data

If you notice incorrect price or token data:

  • Data sources update at different intervals - wait a moment and try again
  • Verify the token address or symbol is correct
  • Some tokens may not be fully indexed yet - contact support if persistent

Rate Limiting

Qutex implements rate limiting to ensure fair usage:

  • Standard users: 10 commands per minute
  • If you hit the limit, wait a moment before trying again
  • Rate limits reset automatically
